Hello, i want to submit work on this group but it says that im not able to do it. PLease, i wanna know, am I bloked or something?

I guess this group needs new moderators, because there weren't accepted any submissions since a few months. You can't run well such big group with only one barely active moderator. I think there are many people who'd like to help out
